Dancongs are oolong teas traditionally made and drank by the Teochew people. This tea is traditionally named 通天香,   which translates to sky-filling fragrance, made from a cultivar belonging to the ginger flower fragrance group of Dancongs or 姜花香. The refreshing sweetness of the brew reminds us of candied ginger, which fades into floral notes and a hint of minerals from the rocky terroir of Phoenix Mountains.  Made from 128 year old trees at an altitude of 950m, the flavours are soothing and last many steeps.

Grammage: 40g
