Organic Himalayan White Spring 2022

Harvest from the pristine lands of the Himalayans at an altitude of 1850masl on a March morning, this superbly crafted tea, made from single cultivar bushes of P312, is part of a 10kg micro batch. It is refreshing and flavourful at the same time, packed with complex flavours due to its relatively long withering period. The brew produces subtle notes of white flowers and almonds on a base of lightly scented wood/grass and a lingering floral note in the nose. Like a spring morning in the woods!
