We perfer our raw puers young and nubile! Like this one harvested from MengKu Township of Lincang. Picked from old tea trees of the Yunnan Big-leaf cultivar 云南大叶种 growing at 1800masl, this tea is astonishingly gentle and flavourful. This batch brews a drink that combines the 柔 gentleness and 甜 sweetness dimensions in raw puer with notes of dry sweet hay, guava and rock sugar, embbeded in a medium bodied liquor with hints of clarified milk! What a treat!
