Zhi Lan Dancong 芝兰单丛 Spring 2025

Dancongs are traditionally grown and drank by the Teochew people on Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong. Known for its variety of flavours that are often similar to fruits and flowers, they are well loved by novices and connoisseurs alike. This uncommon cultivar Zhi Lan 芝兰 is grown at an altitude of 750masl. Brews a cup with golden honey sweetness and notes of roasted chestnuts, with lychee sweetness and orchid fragrance embedded into a buttery liquor. One of the loveliest cuppa we have tasted!
